Crystal is excited to share this recipe with you, and says these delicious dumplings
must be eaten with vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients:
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
2 (10 oz) cans refrigerated
crescent roll dough
1 cup butter
1 ½ cups white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (12 oz) can or bottle of
Mountain Dew
Directions:
1. Â Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Â Cut each apple into 8 equal wedges; set aside.
3. Â Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. Roll each apple wedge in crescent roll dough starting at the smallest end. Pinch to seal and place in the prepared baking dish.
4. Â Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir sugar and cinnamon into melted butter until combined. Pour over apple dumplings, followed by soda.
5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes.
Enjoy!
