We are thrilled to highlight one of our youngest clients and investors, Gibby Quisenberry—a 15-year-old high school sophomore whose creativity and entrepreneurial spirit have already blossomed into a thriving business.

Gibby’s journey began when she decorated her sister Cooper’s graduation cap in 2023. Her sister loved it so much that she shared Gibby’s talent with friends, sparking requests for more. What started with five graduation caps in 2023 quickly grew into sixty caps and many other products by 2025.

Each year, her business—Gifts by Gibby—has doubled in size. Today, Gibby designs custom products for graduation, sororities, cheer teams, and more. Her offerings include custom gameday pins, monogrammed items like phone cases and luggage tags, and even spirited boot ribbons for game day. She has shipped many boxes of gifts across Texas and ten other states, primarily throughout the Southeast.

Her customers—often college-age girls—keep her inspired to dream up new designs. What begins with graduation caps often continues into dorm décor and sorority swag, giving Gibby endless opportunities to expand her creativity.
Social media and word of mouth have fueled her growth, along with bulk school orders. Running a business while maintaining a high GPA and playing spring softball hasn’t been easy, but Gibby manages it all with determination and joy. She laughs about late-night supply runs her dad makes on her behalf, appreciates support from her mom and sister, and loves the encouragement she receives from friends who often keep her company while she works.

Her parents note that her creativity has been evident from an early age: “Even as a child, Gibby was always painting, coloring, and inventing. She’s the most creative child I’ve ever met,” says her mom, Dana.
Perhaps most impressive, Gibby has already begun investing her earnings. With guidance from Affinity Wealth Partners, she’s learning the principles of saving, compound interest, and long-term financial planning—skills that will serve her well no matter where her path leads. Her parents and grandparents are also Affinity clients, making this an extended multigenerational family we are proud to serve.
As she looks ahead, Gibby hopes to attend TCU, perhaps majoring in business and minoring in design, and continue growing her company—maybe even into a storefront one day. “I definitely want to be my own boss,” she says. “I don’t think an office job is for me. Building my own business would make me very happy.”
With her drive, vision, and family legacy of entrepreneurship, we know Gibby has a very bright future ahead.
