Mary’s Mexican Bean Dip

If you’re looking for a super quick and easy dish to make for a back yard party or to jazz up taco night, this bean dip is a real crowd pleaser.


2 cans Refried Beans

16 ounces Sour Cream

4-6 cups Mexican Shredded Cheese

Layer beans in the bottom of your dish, cover with sour cream and top with the cheese. Bake at 350° uncovered until cheese bubbles.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Great left over on a hamburger!
