Meet the Team
Beth Berns, MBA
Business Manager
Beth provides valuable support for our organization, offering years of experience in developing and implementing procedures to improve business operations. Her main area of focus is the business affairs of Affinity Wealth Partners and oversight of human resources. Beth works with outside vendors along with customer issues. In addition to the operations of the business, Beth enjoys fostering lasting relationships with clients.
Before joining our team, Beth was assistant director of computer services at Ozarks Technical Community College. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Southwest Baptist University, and earned a bachelor’s degree and a certification to teach business to middle and high school students from Missouri State University.
Beth enjoys crafting, camping and traveling in her spare time. A Springfield native, she lives here with her husband, David. They have a grown daughter, Lydia, who lives and works in Kansas City.
